Digital conference calls over Zoom and similar programs are standard practice within the modern professional sector and branding said calls can be an extremely beneficial tool in crafting an engaging online experience.
Creating a branded experience is exactly what we did for our client, a financial consulting firm, when they approached Flaks Studio to design their quarterly managing director call. We began by designing a custom logomark and supporting marks for each call segment. To ensure every portion of the call felt connected, each logomark followed an established visual style that utilized a monochromatic blue color palette, consistent use of a dotted element, and bold sanserif type.
Additionally, inspired by news television shows, we developed custom sidebar graphics that facilitated the overall flow of the call as well as Zoom backgrounds with custom speaker tags. The result was a quarterly call that blended the excitement of watching a high-energy talk show with the firm’s internal branding.
