Successfully funded, this economics institute would be the only Southern California think tank focused exclusively on the area’s multi-regional economy and its unique challenges. With the institute still in its development phase, the Flaks team constructed its brand identity, choosing typography, creating a color palette and producing several iterations of the logo as the institute’s framework evolved. We also designed a concept paper to be shared with potential strategic partners and major funders. This clean and focused report, using customized iconography and eye-catching graphics, helped set them apart from the many other think tanks in the region.
